IFMA Singapore Chapter - BCAA Meeting 2On Friday, 20 Jun 14, IFMA Singapore Chapter represented by Tony Khoo (President), Kenneth Foo (Past President) and Tondy O. Lubis (Chapter Secretary) met with Building & Construction Authority Academy of Singapore represented by May Siu Yee May and Grace Teo Lee Tin of School of Graduate Development and Management.

The meeting was held at RQAM’s office at Marina Bay Financial Centre.

The meeting kicked of the preparation for the IFMA – BCAA World Workplace Asia 2015 in Singapore which is tentatively scheduled to be held in the third week of July 2015. read more

New Cleaning Business Licence by NEA

With the Environmental Public Health (EPH) Amendment Bill coming into force on 1 April 2014, all general cleaning businesses in Singapore, even if these services form only part of their overall business, will have to be licensed before 1 September 2014. Work at Heights (WAH) Awareness Clinics

Dear Members,

With effect from 1 May 2014, the Workplace Safety and Health (Work at Heights) Regulations extends its coverage to all workplaces. The Ministry of Manpower and Workplace Safety and Health Council will be organising Work at Heights (WAH) Awareness Clinics to help raise awareness on the regulatory requirements and provide compliance assistance for various industries.

To help us better plan the sessions to address your needs, we would appreciate if you could indicate your interest to attend the Awareness Clinic and provide some feedback by responding to the survey in the link below.
